Voting takes place at the Franklin Town Hall at W16177 County Road C, Taylor, WI 54659. On election days, the polls open at 7:00 AM and close at 8:00 PM. You may also contact the Town Clerk to request to vote by absentee vote.

Public Test of Electronic Voting Equipment

Wednesday, October 30, 2024 @ 6:00 PM

Franklin Town Hall

The Town of Franklin will be conducting a public test of electronic voting equipment as required by state statutes. The Town of Franklin will be using the ICE (ImageCast Evolution) equipment at the November 5, 2024 General Election. A test deck of ballots will be entered in the machine and tabulated. Any interested persons are welcome to attend.

Notice of Meeting of the Local and Municipal Board of Canvassers

At the close of voting on Election Day, pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stat. § 19.84, the Election Inspectors will convene as a joint meeting of the Local Board of Canvassers and the Municipal Board of Canvassers for the purpose of conducting the local and municipal canvasses pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§7.51 and 7.53(1). This meeting will be open to the public pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§ 19.81-89.
